The Critical Storm Status Options dialog lets the user choose a color for each critical storm status.

The dialog displays the current color setting for each status. The user can change the color by picking the ellipse button and selecting the preferred color from the color palette.

The Status Color drop down at the top of the dialog lets the user save the current colors as the default, apply the default colors, or restore the factory defaults.

The Conduit Freeboard is used to calculate a freeboard for each conduit, by deducting this value from the Elevation Ground (Start) and (Stop) values. This is only used in the "Flow in Conduits" analysis type, and is greyed out in the "Hydraulic Grade Line at Nodes" analysis type.
